About me
My name is Giorgia Elios Silvestri and I am a 2D Animator based in Florence (Italy), eager to challenge myself in new job opportunities!
I've always loved watching cartoons and I've wanted to work in the animation industry since I was a child.
I love working with character acting, while keeping it coherent to the style of the project I'm working for, and I find all the steps of creating a scene (from the rough to the clean-up, from the blocking to the spline) extremely fulfilling.
I'm an organised person that will meet deadlines and I’m very open to constructive criticism.

Experience (in animation)

From June 2026 to August 2026. The movie I've worked on is still under NDA and therefore cannot be featured in my Animation Reel.

From May 2023 to July 2024 I worked in the production of "Bye Sweet Carole", a dynamic adventure and survival horror videogame.

I've been a member of the Italian artist collective Black List Crew Studio since 2022.

I applied to an internship for "Blue", a 2D short film, with Sandro Cleuzo and Tom Bancroft at Nemo Academy. I had the opportunity to work as Character Animator, Cleanup Artist and Assistant to the Character Design Team.
EDUCATION
I attended NEMO Academy in Florence and graduated in Animated Film Making in 2022.
From April to July 2026 I attended a professional evening course about “Japanese Animation” in Toon Boom Harmony, taught by professionals at Doghead Animation.
